RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing with Srishti Tales, brand of Ananthashree foundation.
Our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. Ananthashree Foundation gives its customers an option to return products purchased on our website within 7 days of the receipt of the product. The return may be chosen for the following reasons:
- The product was received in a damaged condition.
- The product delivered is different from the product ordered.
In order to opt for a return or refund, kindly email with your order number to admin@srishtitales.com or contact us at +91 9094778059.
Ananthashree Foundation will refund the invoice value in full within 7 days of initiation of refund.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
A product will be eligible for return, only if the following conditions are met:
- The products were purchased in the last 7 days.
- The products are in the original packaging.
- The products are not used or damaged.
- The products must have the proof or receipt of purchase.
The following products cannot be returned:
1. Any form of Digital product.
2. The products made to customer's personalization or specification.
Ananthashree Foundation reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, products on sale cannot be refunded.
RETURNING PRODUCTS
Customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to Srishti Tales.
Customer shall send the products at the following address:
F2, Jaivees Vasantham Plaza, 29th Street, Nanganallur, (Ambika Appalam Upstairs), Chennai - 600061
Ananthashree Foundation cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, Ananthashree Foundation recommends an insured and trackable mail service. Ananthashree Foundation will be unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of received return delivery.
