Srishti Tales strives to deliver the ordered products in the fastest time possible.
Shipping rates are determined by the delivery address chosen at the point of purchase.
Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address as specified at the time of payment for the order.
Order Confirmation & Shipping
Once an order is placed, the customer shall receive the complete details of their order by email. The order acknowledgement email provides a summary of all the items on the order. This will also display the amount paid and the shipping address.
As soon as an order is received, Srishti Tales automatically confirms that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If for any reason, due to prior sales, the item is not in stock, our team will reach out to the customer immediately. At this time, the customer can choose to change or cancel their order.
We strive to ship every order within a maximum of 7 working days of placing the order. The delivery time will be dependent on the location from which the order originated or is to be shipped to. All our orders go through a courier company, and the shipping rates are subject to their terms and conditions.
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform the customer immediately by email. From this point forth, the customer will be given a choice whether they wish us to re-dispatch the item or cancel their order. Please note that if items are undelivered due to unavailability of recipient or wrong shipping address provided, we reserve the right to charge the shipping fees for re-dispatch.
Tracking the order
Once the shipment is dispatched, the customer will receive a shipment confirmation email from us. The tracking number will be sent to them in a follow up email. The tracking number can be used to track the orders online through the website of the courier company. Our team will also track the order in parallel, till the same is delivered to the customer.
Once products are delivered to the customer and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, refund or exchange is not possible. However, if the products are damaged on transit during the shipment, customer can send us the photo and video of the damaged product and make a claim for new replacement. After due verification, the replacement product(s) will be shipped free of cost.
Cancellations & Refunds Policy
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to an administration fee whether the order has been shipped or not. If an order has been shipped, the customer will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
If the order is lost or undelivered to the shipping location, refund will be issued for the complete order amount including any shipping charges. If part of the order is cancelled by the customer, shipping charges will not be refunded. If an order delivered is returned by the customer, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
